The Marina van Damme grant can help!
The Marina van Damme grant is awarded annually to talented female alumni who have completed a master's degree, PDENg, or PhD at one of the four technical universities in the Netherlands (TU Delft, TU Eindhoven, University of Twente and Wageningen University). The grant is made possible by Mrs dr.ir. Marina van Damme and consists of an amount of € 9,000 and is intended, for example, to broaden knowledge or for an international orientation in the form of a study, internship, or project. The grant is emphatically not intended for (co-)financing a PhD trajectory. Applications aimed at following a study program at the university where the master's program was also followed or a doctorate was completed will also not be accepted. An amount of € 2,500 has been made available for the runner-up.
The application must be accompanied by a plan showing the developments the candidate has undergone since her graduation, including curriculum vitae, what her dream and motivation are, what steps she thinks she can take and how she intends to apply for the grant. turn.
This plan must be drawn up by the candidate herself. The plan must relate to the assessment criteria described below. It is an advantage if the winner sets an example.

The presentation of the Marina van Damme Grant 2022 took place on September 30, 2022 at the TU/e.
During the award ceremony, Brigitte Lamers was declared the winner of the Marina van Damme Grant 2022. She thus won an amount of 9,000 euros. Runner up is Chenyue Zhang, she is eligible for an amount of 2,500 euros.
